In 1995, he started a company called Chitester Management Systems, and in 2008, sold it to a public company. It is now the Tampa branch of Hill International, one of the largest construction management firms in the world.
In 2000 he started RedVector.com which dominates the online education industry for architects, engineers, and contractors. He gradually sold his interest in that company to a venture capital firm and internal management until a private equity firm purchased controlling interest in 2011.
In 2005, he started Questamente, a Spanish language online social network and quickly signed up over 700,000 registered users from around the world. The flagship site AmigosChat has received more than 30,000 visitors per day.
He recently started another company, Pay Per Visit Email, which is the first email marketing company to charge users for clicks to their website, rather than some variation of number of emails sent.
